. Code of Conduct:
- The trek lead agrees to adhere to ethical guidelines, promote environmental conservation, and treat participants, colleagues, and fellow travelers with respect and professionalism under all circumstances. Misbehavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
- The trek lead further agrees to abstain from the consumption of alcohol or any kind of drugs while actively engaged as a trek lead or trip leader with Adventure Buddha. This is to ensure the safety, well-being, and professionalism of the trek lead during the entire duration of the trek or trip.
4. Health and Safety:
- The trek lead is expected to conduct regular safety briefings, monitor participant well-being, and take appropriate actions in case of emergencies, always maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor.
